처리방침.

본 개인정보처리방침은 땅땅땅소프트(DDANGDDANGDDANG SOFT)가 제공하는 Android 앱 ‘스냅스팟(SnapSpot)’(패키지명: com.eyesbrc.snapspot)에 적용됩니다.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android app ‘SnapSpot’ (Korean title: ‘스냅스팟’; package name: com.eyesbrc.snapspot), provided by DDANGDDANGDDANG SOFT.

스냅스팟은 사진 찍기 좋은 장소에 가까워지면 알려주고, 그 자리에서 촬영해 필터로 다듬어 저장하는 앱입니다.

SnapSpot notifies you when you arrive near a good photo spot, and lets you take a photo there, adjust it with filters, and save it.

스냅스팟은 서버 없이 기기 안에서만 동작합니다. 회원가입이나 계정 기능이 없으며, 이름·이메일 주소·전화번호·연락처·사진·위치·광고 식별자 등 어떠한 개인정보도 개발자의 서버로 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다.

SnapSpot runs entirely on your device without a server. It has no sign-up or account feature, and it does not collect or transmit to the developer’s servers any personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, location, or advertising identifiers.

앱에는 광고 SDK, 분석 도구, 인앱결제, 소셜 로그인이 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 또한 앱은 인터넷 접근 권한(INTERNET)을 선언하지 않으므로 자체적으로 네트워크 통신을 하지 않습니다.

The app contains no advertising SDKs, analytics tools, in-app purchases, or social sign-in. It also does not declare the INTERNET permission, so it performs no network communication of its own.

장소 데이터(1,206곳)는 앱 설치 파일에 포함되어 있으며, 장소 목록을 받아오기 위해 외부 서버에 접속하지 않습니다.

The spot database (1,206 places) is bundled inside the app package; the app does not contact any external server to fetch the spot list.

스팟 도착 알림을 제공하기 위해 위치 권한(대략적 위치·정확한 위치)과 백그라운드 위치 권한을 사용합니다. 앱은 현재 위치를 기준으로 가까운 스팟을 골라 Google Play 서비스의 지오펜싱(Geofencing) API에 등록하고, 기기가 해당 구역에 들어오면 운영체제가 앱에 알려줍니다.

To deliver photo-spot arrival alerts, the app uses location permissions (approximate and precise) and background location. The app selects nearby spots based on your current location, registers them with the Google Play services Geofencing API, and the operating system notifies the app when your device enters one of those areas.

위치 판단과 알림 결정(쿨다운, 하루 한도, 머무름 판정, 무음 시간대 등)은 모두 기기 안에서 이루어집니다. 위치 좌표는 개발자의 서버나 제3자에게 전송되지 않으며, 이동 경로를 기록하거나 추적하지 않습니다.

Location matching and alert decisions (cooldowns, daily limits, dwell detection, quiet hours, and so on) all happen on the device. Location coordinates are never sent to the developer’s servers or to any third party, and the app does not log or track your movement history.

백그라운드 위치 권한을 허용하지 않으면 앱을 사용하지 않는 동안의 도착 알림만 제한되며, 스팟 목록 보기와 촬영·편집 기능은 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다. 위치 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다.

If you do not grant background location, only arrival alerts while the app is not in use are limited; browsing spots, shooting, and editing continue to work. Location permission can be revoked at any time in device settings.

카메라 권한은 앱 안에서 사진을 촬영할 때만 사용합니다. 촬영한 사진과 필터·밝기·대비·채도 보정은 모두 기기 안에서 처리되며, 사진이 개발자의 서버나 외부 서비스로 전송되지 않습니다.

The camera permission is used only when you take a photo inside the app. Captured photos and all filter, brightness, contrast, and saturation adjustments are processed on the device; photos are never uploaded to the developer’s servers or to any external service.

저장을 선택하면 완성된 JPEG 파일이 기기의 사진 보관함(Pictures/SnapSpot)에 저장됩니다. 이때 스팟 이름과 해당 스팟의 좌표가 사진의 EXIF 정보(설명·GPS)에 기록됩니다. 이 사진을 다른 사람에게 공유하거나 다른 서비스에 올리면 EXIF에 담긴 위치 정보도 함께 전달될 수 있으므로 공유 전에 확인해 주세요.

When you choose to save, the finished JPEG is written to your device photo library (Pictures/SnapSpot). The spot name and that spot’s coordinates are recorded in the photo’s EXIF metadata (description and GPS). If you share such a photo or upload it elsewhere, the embedded location may travel with it, so please check before sharing.

촬영 원본은 편집 작업을 위해 앱의 캐시 영역에 임시로 보관되며, 스팟 컬렉션의 대표 사진은 앱 전용 저장 공간에 축소본으로 저장됩니다. 두 파일 모두 다른 앱이 일반적인 방법으로 접근할 수 없고, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

The original capture is held temporarily in the app cache for editing, and the representative photo for a spot collection entry is stored as a downscaled copy in app-specific storage. Neither is accessible to other apps by normal means, and both are removed when the app is uninstalled.

선호 카테고리, 알림 설정(쿨다운·하루 한도·무음 시간대 등), 언어 설정, 알림 이력, 수집한 스팟 컬렉션은 기기의 앱 전용 저장 공간에 저장됩니다. 이 데이터는 앱 동작과 화면 표시에만 사용되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

Preferred categories, alert settings (cooldowns, daily limits, quiet hours, and so on), language preference, alert history, and your collected-spot list are stored in the device’s app-specific storage. This data is used only to operate the app and render its screens, and it is not transmitted anywhere.

Android 9(API 28) 이하 기기에서는 완성된 사진을 사진 보관함에 저장하기 위해 저장소 쓰기 권한을 사용합니다. Android 10 이상에서는 이 권한이 필요하지 않습니다. 모든 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다.

On Android 9 (API 28) and below, the storage write permission is used to save finished photos to the photo library; it is not required on Android 10 and above. All permissions can be changed at any time in device settings.

땅땅땅소프트는 수집하는 개인정보가 없으므로 사용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

Because DDANGDDANGDDANG SOFT collects no personal information, it does not share or sell user information with third parties.

앱은 위치 판별을 위해 기기에 설치된 Google Play 서비스의 위치·지오펜싱 기능을 이용합니다. 이는 운영체제 구성요소로서 기기 안에서 동작하며, 해당 기능에 대한 데이터 처리는 Google의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 앱 배포와 설치는 Google Play가 자체 방침에 따라 처리합니다.

The app uses the location and geofencing features of Google Play services installed on the device. These are platform components that run on the device, and data handling for them is governed by Google’s privacy policy. App distribution and installation are handled by Google Play under its own policy.

앱에 포함된 장소 데이터 일부는 OpenStreetMap 기여자들의 공개 데이터(ODbL)를 가공한 것으로, 개인정보를 포함하지 않습니다.

Part of the bundled spot data is derived from OpenStreetMap contributors’ open data (ODbL) and contains no personal information.

기기 내 설정·이력·컬렉션 데이터는 사용자가 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관됩니다. 앱을 제거하면 앱 전용 저장 공간의 데이터와 캐시 파일도 함께 삭제됩니다.

On-device settings, history, and collection data are retained until you clear app data in device settings or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes app-specific storage data and cache files as well.

사진 보관함(Pictures/SnapSpot)으로 저장한 사진은 사용자의 파일이므로 앱을 삭제해도 기기에 남습니다. 필요하면 갤러리 앱에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

Photos saved to the photo library (Pictures/SnapSpot) are your own files and remain on the device after uninstalling. You can delete them yourself from your gallery app.

스냅스팟은 만 13세 미만의 아동으로부터 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱은 어떤 연령의 사용자로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

SnapSpot does not collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not collect personal information from users of any age.

향후 서버 연동, 광고, 분석 등이 추가되어 데이터 처리 방식이 변경되는 경우, 영향을 받는 버전의 출시 전에 본 방침과 Google Play 데이터 보안 신고를 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경사항은 앱 또는 스토어 등록정보를 통해 안내합니다.

If data practices change in the future, for example through the addition of server features, advertising, or analytics, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before the affected release. Material changes will be announced in the app or store listing.
